Hi. I am Vishal Dewan, from the Pilot Batch of Sri Sri University’s MA in Good Governance and Public Policy. I was fortunate to receive the scholarship offered by Overseas Volunteer for Better India (OVBI) towards supporting my education in this unconventional, yet promising field of public policy.

Post MA in Good Governance, I prepared for India’s most prestigious examination called the Civil Services Examination. I was amongst the top 100 Interview Scorers nationwide.

Today I am an entrepreneur, successfully running a unique startup in the education sector. “Game of Toppers” teaches the aspirants of competitive examinations the “how” of learning. It is a unique initiative to train students in productivity, memory and mind management.

The exposure that I gained at Sri Sri University was multi-dimensional. It was a complete package of intellectual, personality and spiritual growth. The vibrant campus life is filled with extra-curricular activities. Theoretical concepts taught in the class were clubbed with on-ground exposure and field visits. The extensive network that SSU has across the political and bureaucratic spectrum has holistically shaped my personality. 

I remain forever indebted to OBVI for their contribution to my career. I am optimistic that their investment in my career will bring manifold returns to the University and our nation.
